Not sure if your designer provided all the necessary information, email us your PDF drawings and for a minimal fee of $35, we will review your designs and provide you with a written analysis of what is missing. We hear time and time again from DIY customers how they spent thousands of dollars for a set of designs, and their plans got rejected by their local building departments because they lacked a lot of necessary information and details.
- Start early with soliciting prices from your local subcontractors and suppliers! Keep in mind that you are NOT a priority to them! Their pro customers come first, and you are sent to the back of the line! We can help you overcome that obstacle. With our takeoff list in hand well in advance to starting construction, you will avoid any delays potentially caused by your local big box stores.
