We can vet the drawings for a low cost of $35! If the drawings have missing details or conflicting information, we can alert you and provide a written analysis so you can go back to your customer. If you’d like us to speak to the contractor as your representative we offer that as well for only $100. We can help you get in front of any potential issues with the drawings.
We offer two takeoff service options:
Option 1:
You contract with us directly to do the takeoff. We need the PDF plans and a Takeoff Scope or Work. We will vet the architect’s drawings and then provide the takeoff (A $35 fee to vet, and then the takeoff cost will be quoted as a lump sum fee)Option 2:
